Breakfast: 0.75 Liters regular coffee and 0.75 Liters decaf coffee. Made from instant coffee crystals with enough milk and splenda to make it ok
Lunch Time: 0.75 Liters crystal light with 0.75 Liters ice, with 74 grams protein powder added and one 200mg caffeine tablet. Have to wait an hour after making it to let the drugs dissolve
Dinner: As much stuff as it takes until I’m actually full. Maybe five pounds salad, one box cereal with a few pounds fruit and a couple pounds of whatever meat I can find cheap enough. Plus three to four Liters water so I can fill up without spending too much on groceries
After that there might be a lot of peeing. Number two will only happen in the morning. Though sometimes after 10- or 12-pounds of snacks and three Liters water my stomach will tell my intestines to expect an incoming charge. Intestines response is to try to get rid of everything. They just start contracting before body process have gone through normal routine. Water hasn’t yet been absorbed by nutrients. I described it elsewhere as Water Shooting Out The Backside At A High Rate Of Giddyup
